Bachelor of Technology (BTech)

The candidate should have passed in 10 + 2 examination from recognized board/university with physics and mathematics as compulsory subjects along with anyone of the following subjects (i) Chemistry; (ii) Biotechnology; (iii) Computer Science; (iv) Biology or Should have passed Diploma Course in engineering/Technology of three years duration or more from State Board of Technical Education, Haryana or its equivalent diploma examination. The candidate passing 10+2 examination with any combination of subjects, as mentioned above, shall have to appear in the entrance test for AIEEE-2007 in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) only. Any rank holders of AIEEE-2007 fulfilling the above qualifications are eligible to apply for counseling. Applications will be received by the college against advertisement to be issued in the newspapers and merit list will be prepared based on the rank in AIEEE/Association Test (if conducted) /Academic Merit (if and as permitted by the State Govt.). The merit list will be displayed on the College Notice Board. The eligible candidates will be called for counseling on a specified date and admission will be offered based on rank in merit list and availability of seats in different courses. At the time of counseling for management quota seats, the candidate will have to present to the admission committee all the original/certificate/testimonials, as mentioned under instruction for admission forms, for verification. They are also required to bring two sets of attested copies of all such certificate/testimonials. The admission committee will check the eligibility of the candidate. In case, the candidate is found ineligible, he/she will not be offered admission. Once the seats is offered by the admission committee, the candidate will be required to deposit his/her fees (preferably by Demand Draft or A/c payee local cheque drawn in favour of Director, JCD College of Engineering payable at Sirsa) ON THE SPOT. In case he/she fails to deposit the required amount of fee, he/she will forfeit the claim of the seat.
