It gives me immense pleasure to introduce you to the SGT universe comprising Shree Guru Gobind Singh University (SGT) and the SGT Institute of Engineering & Technology, Gurgaon.
Shree Guru Gobind Singh Tricentenary University came into existence through a Haryana Legislative Act in 2013 and opened its gates to all segments of the society under the parasol of Dashmesh Educational Charitable Trust, which was founded in 1999 with the holly cause of spreading the message of Shree Guru Gobind Singh—the great philosopher and social reformer. In fact, the seeds for its magnificent growth were sown way back in 2002 with the establishment of the SGT Dental College.
The University is situated on the outskirts of Gurgaon—the commercial, industrial and educational hub of the country, just 20 km from Delhi Airport, with Sultanpur Birds Sanctuary in its vicinity.
The University is based on strong pillars of its commitment for dissemination of knowledge in diverse disciplines to develop dynamic leadership, sharpen creative and innovative skills coupled with strong ethics to make the participants socially viable and responsible. To enable its students to excel in diverse areas, the University focuses on embedding strong values in them and indoctrinating them to think ‘intensively’ and ‘critically’. Thus, our commitment and vision is to develop our students holistically, ‘educating not only their minds but also their hearts and souls’, by developing strong morals of compassion, empathy and service before self. |

Fees shall be paid by Cash or Demand Draft/ Cheque (subject to realisation)/ Bank Transfer/ Internet Banking or any other method approved by the Board of Management. The drafts, cheques and payments shall be made in favour of 'Shree Guru Gobind Singh Tricentenary University', payable at 'New Delhi'.
Fee paid by a student is not refundable under any circumstances in part or whole after commencement of the academic session.
Student must obtain a receipt for every payment made to the University. Fees shall only be paid at the Accounts Office of the University, or by using the method prescribed by the University for Bank Transfer/ Internet Banking or any other method approved by the Board of Management.
Fees cannot be paid in part or in installments, unless specified by the University.
Delayed payments will attract late fee charges and/or interest charges as may beprescribed from time to time.
Cheques returned unpaid for any reason shall attract an administrative fee, and collection fee as may be prescribed from time to time.
Refundable Security shall be refunded in full, without interest, on production of security deposit receipt and ‘No Dues Certificate’ from concerned departments/offices, when such a refund becomes due. However, costs for any damage or loss caused by the student, or any outstanding dues or fines that remain unpaid, are liable to be deducted from the refundable security deposit before refund.
