Admission in JICM requires a bachelor’s degree with minimum 50% marks or equivalent qualification in any discipline recognised by Association of Indian Universities; Candidates appearing for final examination towards bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) are also eligible to apply.
JICM will admit its first batch of students in the year 2009. For the first batch the process of admission adopted is as follows:
F Candidates who have appeared for XLRI’s admission test, XAT 2009 or CAT 2008 should send their score sheet with application. Short listed candidates will be called for JICMET (The JICM Entrance Test). JICMET will comprise of Written Test, Oral Presentation, and Personal Interview.
F Candidates can also directly apply for JICMET, the JICM entrance test. Short listed candidates will be called for Written Test, Oral Presentation, and Personal Interview.
F Candidates who have scored more than 85 percentile in XAT, CAT, or MAT are exempted from application fee. Candidates, who will score more than 85 percentile in JICMET, will be reimbursed their application fee. You should mention your relevant score in the specified column provided in application form. JICM website will display the list of candidates admitted into the programme.
