The Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab (RGNUL) has been established and incorporated for the advancement of legal education. The RGNUL will impart specialized instructions, training and research in systems of law. For the purpose, Punjab Legislature has passed the Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab, Act 2006 (Punjab Act No. 12 of 2006) which received the assent of the Hon'ble Governor Punjab, General S.F. Age Limit: Not more than 21 years as on 1st July 2007 (22 Years for SC/ST)

The admission through All India Entrance Test to be held on 26 May 2007 (Saturday) at Bangalore , Chandigarh , Hyderabad, Jodhpur, Kolkata New Delhi, Patiala, Pune.
