Education: Senior School Certificate Examination or Indian School Certificate Examination (12 Year Course) or an examination recognized as equivalent thereto with 50% or more marks (45% or more marks for SC/ST/OBC) in the aggregate of four subjects including English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology provided the student has passed in each subjects separately.

Reservation: Reservation for candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST) & Other Backward Classes (OBC), Defence, Physically Handicapped, will be as per Government of India Rules out of the total number of seats made available for admission. One seat, which will be supernumerary in nature, is earmarked for Kashmiri Migrants in each institution.

Age: Minimum Age requirement is 17 years by 1^st August, 2008

The upper age relaxation up to a maximum of five years will be as per the Admission policy of GGSIP University given in the Brochure.

Hospital, New Delhi". Application forms can be obtained either in person or by post. If requested by post, a request for Prospectus & Admission form should reach on or before 20.08.2008 enclosing a self addressed envelop size 30x24cm. with postal stamps of Rs.50/- duly affixed The detailed Prospectus for Admission to B.Sc. (Hons) Nursing Course is also available on website of GGSIP University at www.ipu.ac.in or at Ministry of health & Family Welfare Website - http://mohfw.nic.in

A candidate seeking admission to College of Nursing, shall submit the prescribed Application Form Completed in all respects by the closing date & time.

Date for sale of Admission forms: 7-08-2008 to 27-08-2008 between 10.30 am to 1 pm on all working days forms the office of Principal, College of Nursing, Dr. R.M.L. Hospital, New Delhi-110001 or College of Nursing, Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi-110029 and also from the Helpline Desk of GGSIP University Kashmiri Gate, Delhi-110403.

Closing Date for receipt of Application Forms, till 30-08-2008 upto 4 pm.

The application form duly filled in, should be submitted directly to GGSIP University. Admission will be made on the basis of merit based on written selection test "Common Entrance Test (CET)" to be conducted by GGSIP University on 20-09-2008 at the venue/ Centre mentioned in the Admission Ticket.
