Candidates satisfying the following requirements shall be eligible for admission into the programme. Candidates qualified with Intermediate Education (10+2 pattern) conducted by the A.P. Board of Intermediate Education (BIE)/CBSE/ICSE with Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry subjects. The students should have a minimum 60% marks during Intermediate education.
BTH Merit Scholarships: The students are eligible to apply for BTH Scholarship (Tuition fee waivers) programme for further reduction on existing tuition fee for the fee movers for the BTH i.e. The selection for BTH scholarship will be done as per the merit of academic excellence among all the international students. BTH Scholarships are subject to availability. The level of scholarship (reduction) will decided by BTH Scholarship committee.
SELECTION CRITERIA: The selection will be based on ranks obtained by the candidates in JEE (MAINS) / AP EAMCET /TS EAMCET/AUEET/ Marks in BIE or Equivalent in the order of preference indicated.
Candidates are required to download application form and Information booklet from the website. The duly filled-in application form with two sets of enclosures and application processing fee of Rs. 3500 /- in the form of DD drawn, in any nationalized bank in favor of “Dean, International Affairs, Andhra University” payable at Visakhapatnam should reach the office of the Dean , International Affairs, 1st Floor, Science and Technology Bhavan ( AU Science College Principal’s Office Building), Andhra University, Visakhapatnam- 530003, Andhra University, India or in person before 5.00 pm on 20th November 2021.

Eligibility to appear for Ed.CET 2015
Candidates satisfying the following requirements shall be eligible to appear for Ed.CET-2015
i) The Candidates should be Indian Nationals
ii) The Candidates should satisfy Local, Non-Local status requirements as laid down in the Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admission) Order 1974 as subsequently amended
Educational Qualifications:
a) Candidates should have passed, appearing for final year examinations of B.A., B.Sc, B.Sc (Home Science), B.Com, BCA/BBM at the time of submitting the Application for Ed.CET-2015
b) Candidates should have secured a minimum of 50% marks either in the Bachelors Degree i.e. B.A, B.Sc, B.Sc (Home Science), B.Com, BCA, BBM and or in the Masters Degree in relevant subject or 5years integrated course in the relevant subject of methodology or any other qualification equivalent thereto
However the candidates belonging to all other reserved categories i.e SC/ST/ BC (A/B/C/D/E), and physically handicapped should have secured a minimum of 40% marks in the qualifying examination
Note: As per the GOMS number 92, the candidates who passed B.E/B.Tech, MBBS / BDS /BAMS / BL/LL.B/B.A (Languages)/ BOL etc and other such professional courses are not eligible for admission into B.Ed course

Candidates having PG degree in Science or Arts Courses and seeking admission into Full Time M.Phil or Ph.D. programmes must appear for the ENTRANCE TEST (AURCET-2013) conducted by the Directorate of Admissions.
However, Candidates qualified in UGC; CSIR-NET; ICMR; APSET; M.Phil; M.E.; M.Tech.; L.L.M. ; M.Pharm; MD; MS; MDS degrees (any of these) other than those awarded through distance mode, in the concerned subject as approved by the DRC at the time of admission are exempted from appearing for AURCET.
Candidates who have already appeared or appearing for the final semester or final year examinations of the qualifying degree in April / May-2013 can also apply for AURCET-2013.
Candidates who wish to apply for MPhil. / Ph.D. under extramural category /Project fellows / Faculty Development Programme / CSIR-UGC-NET fellowship holders, have to apply in the months of December/ June every year. Admissions shall be given to such candidates in January / July.
Candidates are required to download the Application and Information brochure from the website: www.andhrauniversity.edu.in/doa
Candidates have to submit applications in DUPLICATE along with a D.D. for an amount of Rs.800/-(Rs.500/-for SC & ST) towards Registration fee and Processing charges drawn in favour of the Director, Directorate of Admissions, Andhra University on any Nationalised bank payable at Visakhapatnam.
A candidate seeking admission in more than one programme (M. Phil / Ph. D) has to submit separate applications in duplicate for each programme.
Similarly a candidate seeking admission in more than one department or center has to submit separate applications in duplicate.
The name of the applicant and the programme for which he/she is applying should be written on the reverse side of the D.D.
