Delhi Metropolitan Education (DME), one of the premier education institute affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, New Delhi and approved by Bar Council of India, is known for providing skill development and training courses like BA.LLB and BBA.LLB; Bachelors in Journalism and Mass Communication (BJMC) and BBA. The USP of DME is its curriculum which is dynamic in nature and classroom teaching is complemented by the visiting faculty from the courts, news channels and manufacturing units for students of law, journalism and management, respectively.

Some of the eminent professionals who have visited to share experiences with students and conduct a guest lecture includes Mr. Salman Khurshid former Law and External Affairs Minister and senior advocate in the Supreme Court; Mr. E.S. Natchiappan M.P. and Chair of the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Law, several sitting and retired judges amongst others.

Eminent media personalities like Mr. Shammi Narang and Mrs. Lavlin Thadani have enthralled our students. Management and industry leaders like Mr. Subhas Goyal Founder Chair of STIC Group and Mr. Rama Raman IAS and Chair of Noida Authority have spoken about their experiences in management.

Air conditioned classrooms, over 150 computers with both intra and internet, a wifi enabled campus, a library named after Nobel Laureate Rabindranath Tagore and one that reflects his world vision with thousands of books across various subjects; a dance room of international standards to facilitate the expressions of the inner soul, and a modern auditorium named after another illustrious Nobel Laureate Nelson Mandela, a pride of our college. DME library has e-access to many national and international journals and students can utilise these websites to enhance their learning. We also subscribe to leading daily newspapers and magazines.

DME students are readily taken on as Interns due to the diligence and quality they bring to their work. Eminent senior advocate Mr. Salman Khurshid has taken interns from the college. Several are serving and studying in the High Court of Delhi and local District Courts. The Chairman CAT has also selected students for internship. Many are doing internships with well established NGOs. Journalism students are associated with NDTV, Dainik Jagran, Hindustan Times, Times of India and many other channels and media houses.
