All the allotments made by the Commissionerate will be on the basis of the rank list, and by observing the principles of reservations and will be in accordance with the orders of the Honourable Courts of Law and the orders issued by the Government. The Commissionerate is usually making allotments to all the Government seats in Government Colleges, the Government and Management quota seats in Government Controlled Self-financing Colleges and the seats made available by Private Self-financing Managements to Government for allotment.
