A Candidate should have passed the H.S.C. or 10+2 or equivalent examination minimum 50 percent aggregate marks or Diploma in Engineering under 10+3 Scheme of the central and state governments and secured a minimum 50 percent aggregate marks or international baccalaureate diploma, after 10 years of schooling with 50 percent aggregate marks and mathematics as a compulsory subject or the educational qualification as stipulated in the revised norms laid down by COA and the Director of Technical Education or Government of Maharashtra, with English and Mathematics as a compulsory subjects and the compulsory Common Entrance Test: National Aptitude Test for Architecture - NATA conducted at national level. For more details about aptitude test please go through the website www.nata.in. Our college is a recognized center for NATA test. The institute shall give admission to the F.Y.B. Arch. or the admission authority as per the admission procedures lay down from time to time by the competent authority. Last year the admission was done by Maharashtra Association of Schools of Architecture - MASA, for more details please go through the website www.maharch.org

Candidate should have passed the B.Arch. examination with aggregate 50 percent, from recognized University or institute with securing minimum 50 percent with or without valid GATE score. The candidate shall also pass entrance test and interview conducted by admission authority and the educational qualification as stipulated in the revised norms laid down by the Council of Architecture or
1. Separate application forms are to be submitted for each course. There are no restrictions on the number of courses that the candidate may apply for. Each application form must be submitted by a D.D. of Rs. 750/- in favor of "Principal, Dr. B. N. College of Architecture" payable at Pune.
2. Don't attach copies of certificates, mark sheets, etc. with the application form.
3. All necessary documents listed in the admission for are to be produced in original and attested copies, at the time of interview. List of documents required at the time of interview,
1.B. Arch. mark sheet
2.School leaving certificate
3.Passing certificate
4.Migration certificate
5.Passport copy*
6.Visa copy*
7.Gap certificate [if applicable]
8.Citizenship card*
9.Character certificate and
10. Certificates asked by the admission authority time to time is applicable.
