All graduates (10+2+3) or equivalent from any recognized University with at least 50% marks in aggregate (45% in case of SC, ST and OBC candidates), without any approximation, would be treated as eligible to appear for RMAT. Provisional approval for appearing in RMAT would be granted to candidates who are appearing at the above examination in 2003. However, a candidate would not be treated as eligible for admission to the MBA programme for the year 2003-2004, unless he/she passes his/her qualifying examination with pre-requisite percentage and communicates the mark sheet of the qualifying examination issued by the University on or before 5 p.m. on Tuesday, 8th July 2003, despite appearing for the RMAT written test. Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) for the year 2003-2004 and his/her candidature shall stand automatically cancelled. Reservation of seats: Reservation of seats will be made subject to the prevalent statutory reservations as per the relevant rules and resolutions of the Govt. of Rajasthan. Fee Structure: As Regards category of admissions, fee structure etc. the guidelines issued by the Government of India. Ministry of HRD as a result of decision given in writ petition No. 317/1993 by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the matter of T.M.A. Pai foundation and others v/s State of Karnataka will be followed.

The candidate must have passed the Senior Secondary Examination (Science) conducted by a Statutory Board at the end of 12 years (10+2) of study with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the following subjects: "Chemistry/Bio-Technology/Computer Science/Biology" or any other examination recognized equivalent thereto by Universities of Rajasthan. Age: A candidate desirous of admission through RPET-2003, should not be less than 16 years of age on 31st December 2003 or more than 23 years of age on 1st October 2003, i.e. he/she must have been born not later than 1st January 1988 and not earlier than 2nd October 1980 (Upper age limit is relax able up to 3 years in case of candidates belong to SC/ST). Admission: Admission of the candidate will be provisional till the eligibility certificate is issued by the concerned university. If for reasons to be recorded in writing, the CACC suspects that a particular candidate has obtained a certificate by misrepresenting the facts, the matter will be referred to the competent authority (ies). On receipt of the report, the Centralized Admission Coordination Committee would take the final decision regarding the admission of the candidate. His/Her admission will be treated as provisional during this period.
