The candidates fulfilling the following criteria are eligible for the programme-

Eligibility:

The candidates for the programme must have one of the following qualifications obtained from any of the universities incorporated by an act of the central or state legislature in India, or other educational institutions established by an act of parliament or declared to be deemed as a university under section 3 of UGC Act, 1956, or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India, or an equivalent qualification from an institution approved by AICTE. Master’s degree or its equivalent in any discipline with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks

OR

Professional qualifications such as CA/ICWA/CS along with a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks or equivalent grade point average.

OR

Five year Integrated Master’s degree in any discipline, with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks or equivalent grade point average, obtained after completing the higher secondary schooling (10+2) or equivalent.

OR

Four Year/Eight Semester Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech/B.Arch.) with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent grade point and additionally a minimum of two years of work experience.

Those appearing for their final examination in the respective discipline can also apply. Such students if selected shall be provisionally admitted provided they complete all requirements in obtaining their Master’s Degree before September 30, 2022. The admission of these candidates shall remain provisional until they produce the mark sheet proving that they satisfy the eligibility criteria. The deadline for submitting the final year mark sheet is December 31, 2022.

Age Limit: There is no age restriction.

Selection Process

To be shortlisted for the selection interview, applicants must have a valid score of one of the following competitive examinations: Common Admission Test (CAT) conducted by IIMs, GATE, GRE, GMAT, JRF-UGC/CSIR or the FORE Entrance Test (FET). FET will be conducted by FORE on Friday, December 17, 2021.

CAT, GATE, GRE, GMAT or JRF-UGC/CSIR scores of up to last two years (i.e., test taken on or after December 01, 2019) only will be considered valid. After the written test is over, the Academic Qualification documents and Experience Documents will be verified

Subsequently, all the candidates have to give a presentation (around 10-15 minutes) on their Tentative Research Proposal on the area of research interest on Monday December, 20, 2021.

The candidates short-listed on the basis of their academic record and performance in the competitive examinations mentioned above (CAT/GRE/GMAT/GATE/JRF-UGC/CSIR percentile/FORE Entrance Test) and in the Research proposal presentation will be called for a personal interview for final selection on Tuesday, December 23, 2021 and the selected candidates for this programme will be intimated by Wednesday, December 29, 2021.

Any change in the above mentioned dates will be intimated to the candidates separately.

The decision of the Selection Committee regarding admission shall be final. Communication shall be sent only to the selected candidates. The Institution shall not entertain any queries or correspondence in respect of those not selected.
