Fr Conceicao Rodrigues College of Engineering, FCRCE

The candidate should have passed B.E. or equivalent Degree* in the branch of:

Electrical Engineering or

Electronics Engineering or

Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering or

Instrumentation Engineering or

Computer Engineering or

Power Electronics

The candidate should have obtained a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in the Qualifying examination. (45% marks in case of candidates of Backward Class Categories belonging to Maharashtra State only).

Candidates who have passed examination conducted by the AMIE & AMIETE and qualified at the GATE examination will be deemed eligible for admission to Master of Engineering Degree Course in the specified branch in which they have passed.

Application and Documents Required: Applications in the prescribed form attached hereto, complete in all respects should be submitted to the College Office (Principal, Fr. Conceicao Rodrigues College of Engineering, Bandra (W), Mumbai 400 050.) so as to reach the office by 5.00 p.m. of the Last day prescribed as per the Admission Notice.

The following documents should be attached with the application form:

1.            Attested copy of the Qualifying Examination Degree Certificate.

2.            Attested copy of the Statement of Marks obtained at B.E. or the equivalent qualifying examination (all Semesters)

3.            Valid Gate Score Certificate

4.            Institute Leaving/Transference certificate from the previous college

5.            Provisional Eligibility Certificate * obtained from University of Mumbai (to be applied through the College at the time of admission) * Applicable to the candidates who have obtained their B.E. Degree from Universities other than the Universty of Mumbai

6.            Migration Certificate* obtained from the university where B.E. degree is obtained. * Applicable to the candidates who have obtained their B.E. Degree from Universities other than the Universty of Mumbai.

7.            Caste certificate, Caste validity certificate and Non-Creamy Layer Certificate as applicable for candidates belonging to Backward Class Category.

8.            Sponsorship Letter for Sponsored candidates

9.            Work Experience certificate/s.

Original Certificates will have to be produced at the time of admission.

FEES (per annum): Subject to approval from the appropriate authorities

1.       Interim Fees Rs.83,950/-

2.       University Fees Rs. 2,500/-

3.       Registration Fees Rs. 825/-

TOTAL FEES: Rs.87, 275/-

In addition to the above Enrollment Fees of Rs. 220/- will be applicable to candidates with B.E Degree or equivalent from Universities other than University of Mumbai. The Fees be paid by Pay Order drawn in favour of 'FR. CONCEICAO RODRIGUES COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING'.

The Final fees to be declared by Shikshan Shulka Samiti for the Academic Year 2011- 12 will be displayed on the Notice Board / Website.
