- About Gifted Education and Research Foundation (GEAR):
GEAR (Gifted Education & Research) was established in the year1995.GEAR Foundation is promoted by a group of committed and passionate professionals in the field of education. The Founder President M Srinivasan is a Gifted and Talented Education Technologist with a rich experience spanning over 20 years in institutions worldwide. During his study for a Masters Degree in Gifted and Talented Education at the National Research Centre on Gifted & Talented, University of Connecticut, USA, he perfected his school model, viz. THE SCHOOL BEYOND WALLS that is now accredited as a partner model of LWF-UNESCO by synthesizing various researches and successful practices in the field of Gifted & Talented Education and studying the status and demands of education in India. Srinivasan's vision is to establish the GEAR ED VILLAGE campus consisting of THE INNOVATIVE INTERNATIONAL (Day / Boarding) SCHOOL (Beyond Walls), a TALENTS RESEARCH INSTITUTE, and a SUPER TALENTS CENTRE and develop the gifts and talents of EVERY CHILD through his education model called CIPE - Creative, Inventive & Productive Excelment.
