There shall be no CET conducted by the University for Admissions to B.Arch. Programme.

Eligibility Conditions:

i.              Eligibility conditions shall be as per the Council of Architecture notification(s) applicable at the time of admissions. Candidates may see the web site of the Council, http://www.coa.gov.in/

3.     Merit list shall be prepared based on:

a. Architectural Aptitude (NATA score): 50%

b. Qualifying Examination (i.e., 10+2

OR 10+3 years diploma recognized by the Central / State Government: 50%

Appearing in NATA Examination conducted by the Council of Architecture

a.             All candidates are advised to take NATA Examination of the Council of Architecture at their initiative. If a candidate has not qualified in the NATA – 2021 test, then the candidate shall not be considered for admission.

b.             All candidates are required to keep three copies of the NATA score as one copy shall be required to be submitted at the time of document verification to the University, one copy shall be required to be submitted to the institution where admitted and one copy as a record copy by the candidate.

In the inter-se-merit of candidates securing equal ranks, following criteria will be adopted to determine the merit:

i.              The Candidate getting higher score in NATA;

ii.             In case of candidates securing equal scores in NATA, then the candidate getting higher marks in Mathematics of the qualifying examination;

iii.            In case of tie in (i) and (ii) above, the candidate getting higher marks in qualifying examination;

iv.            In case of tie in (i), (ii) and (iii) above, the candidate older in age shall rank higher. Applicants should retain a printout of the CET application form as proof of identity of the candidate at the time of counselling for admission.

All candidates are further advised to check the basic eligibility for NATA 2021 on the official website of the Council of Architecture (http://www.coa.gov.in).

The application form along with the Common Entrance Test Fee of Rs.1000/- excluding processing charges and taxes, as applicable, shall be available from 19th February, 2018, onwards (Unless specified otherwise). The Application fee, the processing charges and taxes shall not be refundable under any circumstances. The Admit Cards can be downloaded by using candidates log-in ID and password, online.

Every candidate applying for admission to Post graduate Medical Course   should possess MBBS degree from institute recognized my Medical Council of India and must have completed one year internship on or before March 31. Candidate should have obtained permanent registration with Medical Council of India or any of the State Medical Council.

5.      One application form is valid only for One CET Code. For applying in more than One CET Code, the applicant should purchase separate Admission Brochure and apply separately.

6.      Display of Information on the University's Website regarding receipt of Application Forms for all Common Entrance Tests - 2014

i.        The details of application forms received by the Office of the Controller of Examinations will be displayed on the University Website. The candidates are advised to check their status with the help of Application Form number indicated on the Application Form.

ii.      In case any candidate, who has submitted the application form either by post or in person, does not find his/her application form number on the University's Website, then he/she is advised to contact the Office of Controller of Examinations, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi, immediately along with the relevant particulars (photocopy of the duly filled in CET Application Form and proof of its delivery to the University). In case of any query, candidate may contact on 011- 25302287.

7.      No document (copies of certificates, mark-sheets etc.) is required to be attached with the Application Form.

8.      Write the complete address by giving your name and PIN CODE carefully and legibly. Please note that his address will be used by the University for All the Correspondence in future. Therefore, it should be very clearly written with black ball point pen only. The address should be properly filled up in the prescribed boxes and should not overflow. The University will not be responsible for any loss in transit or for incorrect address given by the applicant in the CET Application Form. No request for change of address will be entertained till the admission is finalized.

A request in this regard should be sent to the Joint Registrar (Academic), Room No.108, Administrative Block, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Kashmere Gate, Delhi-110403 along with the following:

F       An application on plain paper, addressed to the Joint Registrar (Academic) requesting to issue. The application should clearly mention the name and the address of the applicant;

F       A Demand Draft of Rs.850/- (Rupees Eight Hundred fifty only) in favour of Registrar, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, payable at Delhi. The name, address and phone number of the applicant should be clearly mentioned on the back side of the Demand Draft/Pay Order;

F       A self-addressed envelope of size not less than 24cms x 30cms.

The last date for obtaining and submitting the filled-in Application Forms is 21st April, 2009
