Admission Test:-
PGDM applicants:-
I. Applicants who have appeared in one of the following written aptitude tests are eligible to apply:-
ü CAT (November, 2009),
ü XAT (2010)
ü ATMA (2010)
ü MAT (September, 2009 or December, 2009) and
ü MH-CET 2010
II. Applicants must note that only those tests will be considered for IES Admission where the scores are mentioned along with documentary proof / evidence. e.g.: If an applicant is appearing for MH CET – 2010 then the applicant must fill up the form only after results of MH CET 2010 are declared. While doing so the applicant may mention score of other tests like CAT (November 2009), XAT (2010), ATMA (2010), MAT (September 2009 or December 2009) if the applicant has appeared along with MH CET 2010 Score. ‘IES MCRC’ will consider the highest score among all the tests which the applicant has provided in the application form. Candidates will be shortlisted to participate in the selection process on the basis of this score.
Note: IIMs or any other agency conducting the above tests have no role in the selection process of IES MCRC.
Selection:-
a) Applicants whose application registration forms are in order will be called for Micro Presentation (MP) and Personal Interview (PI) based on the details provided in relation to scores in Aptitude tests.
b) Such Short listed applicants name for MP & PI will be displayed on IES MCRC Website and also intimated to them by email. The Personal Interviews and Micro Presentations will be conducted at IESMCRC Mumbai during 6th to 13th May 2010. The exact dates will be intimated to the applicants by e-mail. All Outstation Applicants are advised to make their own travel arrangements in advance, keeping in mind the rush due to seasonal and holiday booking.
c) Information on Micro Presentation (MP):- Applicants will be required to give a short presentation of 5 minutes duration on any current topic of their choice. Presentation will be followed by a question answer session. Applicants can give presentation with or without LCD / overhead projector. Arrangements will be made for the LCD / overhead projector. A s f a r a s Micro presentation is concerned it is meant for assessing communication skills, presentation skills and subject knowledge of the applicant.
d) Personal Interview (PI):- Personal Interview will be conducted on the same day.
e) Final selection will be based on the composite score of all factors being considered for admission. Weightage will be given to (i) Scholastic record of the applicant; (ii) Scores of Aptitude Test; (iii) The nature and tenure of work experience and (iv) Performance in the Micro Presentation and Personal Interview.
f) Selected applicants will have to pay the entire fees within 8 (eight) days from the date of declaration of Merit List or email intimation, failing which the seat will be offered to the next applicant in merit.
g) 15% of the total seats in PGDM are reserved for IES Management.

Important:-
· Before accessing the online application registration form the applicant needs to decide whether the admission processing charges of Rs. 1,100/- will be paid by Cash / Demand Draft / Pay Order. For “Cash” option the applicant needs to personally visit IES MCRC at Mumbai along with all mandatory documents and fill the online application form at IES MCRC.
· If the applicant opts for payment by ‘Demand Draft or Pay Order” then the applicant can apply from any remote location. Demand Draft / Pay Order should be payable to “IES MCRC Autonomous” at Mumbai. Applicant should enter the Demand Draft / Pay Order details in the space provided on online application registration form.
· The applicant must choose which program they want to apply i.e. only one form per program.
· The applicant can separately apply for both the programs i.e. PGDM and PGDM (HCPM) along with separate processing fees payable in Cash or Demand Draft or Pay Order.

Applicants who have passed B.Pharm, B.Sc. (Biology, Chemistry, Bio-Chemistry, Life Sciences and Bio-Technology), B.E. (Bio- Medical, Bio-Technology), M.B.B.S., B.V.Sc. & AH, B.A.M.S., and B.H.M.S. are eligible to apply.
Note:-
a. All Applicants appearing for final year degree examination can also apply. However, if selected, they will have to produce the proof of completion of their graduation before 30th October, 2010, failing which their admission will be cancelled and entire fee paid by them will be forfeited.
b. However students having backlog of subjects or ATKT’s, which are not cleared till 31st March 2010 are not eligible for admission.
Admission Test:-
PGDM (HCPM) Applicants: - Applicants applying for PGDM (HCPM) programme are required to appear for any one of the above tests mentioned in 2(a). However applicants who have not given any of the above tests will have to appear for IES test.

9. Applicants who are registered for the Part Time Programmes are required to go through the Ordinances of University of Mumbai concerning the conditions to be fulfilled for successful completion of First Year/Second Year / Third Year of the respective Programmes and award of the degree.
