    IFTM University was granted University status by UP government vide IFTM University Act No. 24 of 2010. It has been the pioneer in bringing technical and professional education to the city of Moradabad in 1996. From a humble beginning in 1996, it has expanded into a huge ~51.74 acres campus offering courses in various disciplines and programmes. It is located at a distance of 12 km from Moradabad city on Lucknow-Delhi National Highway (NH-24).     Eligibility:

    1.     Full-time Master Degree in relevant discipline of Engineering/Technology/Management/Pharmacy with first division/class or a minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 6.75 on 10 point scale or minimum 60% marks.

    2.     Full-time Master Degree in relevant discipline of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Library Sciences, Education and Commerce with minimum 55% marks.

    3.     A relaxation of 5% of marks or an equivalent relaxation of grade, may be allowed for those belonging to SC/ST/OBC (non- creamy layer)/differently-abled.

    Exemption from Entrance Examination:

    l. Candidates who have qualified with valid score in UGC NET/JRF, CSIR/SLET, GATE, GPAT examination.

    2. Candidates who have successfully completed regular M. Phil Programme from a recognized University/Institution.

    Written Test (max Marks: 100): The written test will be objective type with following components.

    i) Research Methodology: 50 marks

    ii) Subject Specific: 50 marks
