Submission of Application

Application Form and Admission Brochure can be collected from the reception counter of IISWBM against cash payment of Rs.1500/- or online (www.iiswbm.edu).

Offline

Application Form:

(A) Purchase Application Form by paying Rs.1500/- in cash at IISWBM, Management House, Kolkata 700073

OR,

(B) Take a print out of the Application Form by the website.

Payment & Submission

For (A) above, you can drop the filled up Application Form at IISWBM drop box or courier the same to the IISWBM address.

For (B) above, you can pay by cash at IISWBM when you submit the filled up Application Form.

Admission Checklist

You must submit photo copy of all the applicable documents along with your Application Form. Come with the originals if and when you are called for Group Discussion and Personal Interview for verification.

Online:

·          you can apply online by the website.

·          Follow the path provided on the website and pay through NEFT, Debit Card and Credit Card.

You must courier the copy of completed Application Form, copy of Payment slip and copies of all applicable documents to – IISWBM, Management House, College Square West Kolkata - 700 073.

Come with the originals when you are called for Group Discussion and Personal Interview.

Last date of issue and submission of Form is: 24^th December, 2021

Graduates in Science, commerce, Engineering and in any similar streams of study will be eligible to join the program. Preference will be given to the candidates with working experience. Admission will be based on Experience and Personal Interview.

Standard Admission Process

Admission to Post Graduate Diploma in Supply Chain & Logistics Management is as per the Standard Process. Please follow the points documented below.

Option - I

·          Download the DL Form, Admission Brochure and IISWBM/ State Bank of India Power Jyoti A/c No. 32495656710 Challan

·          Deposit the amount specified for the particular course to any branch of State Bank of India against the Challan and DL Form duly filled in.

·          Please courier/speed post the hard copy of completed Application Form, copy of Payment slip and copies of all applicable documents to –

IISWBM, Management House,

College Square West,

Kolkata-700 073

The originals will be needed for Group Discussion and Personal Interview.

·          No application will be entertained if the form reaches the Institute after the mentioned last date.

Option - 2

·          Collect Application Form and Admission Brochure against cash payment of the amount specified for the particular course from the reception counter of IISWBM.

·          Follow the mentioned last date for issue and submission of the completed Admission Forms.

Submission of Application:

·          Experienced candidates preferred.

Specialization wise qualifications:

Energy Management: B.E. / B.Tech in Engineering, AMIE, Graduate with Honors in (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Economics); Bachelor in Business Administration, Master of Computer Applications are eligible to apply (at least 50% marks).

Environment Management: Graduates with honors or equivalent in Engineering, AMIE, Science, Economics, Bachelor, Master in all disciplines eligible to apply (at least 50% marks).

Health Care and Hospitality Management: MBBS, Ayush, BBA, BHMS, BAMS, BUMS, BDS, PBTB, OPTM, LLB, Bachelor in Business Administration, Graduate with Honors or equivalent in Pharmacy, Science, Economics, Commerce, Nursing, Nutrition and Engineering, AMIE are eligible to apply (at least 50% marks).

Transportation and Logistics Management: Graduate with honors or equivalent in Engineering, AMIE/Science/Commerce/Arts (Economics), Business Administration, Computer Applications are eligible to apply (at least 50% marks)

Note

Master degree students in all the above disciplines can also apply. All graduates must have a degree from AICTE/ UGC approved Colleges/Universities/Institutes and should have at least 50% marks in total.

Application Procedure

Applications can be submitted via online or offline or SBI Power Jyoti process.

Online Mode: Candidates can apply online through the website and pay by NEFT, Debit Card, and Credit Card. Application Form and Brochure may be downloaded from the website and payment of Rs.900/- made through State Bank of India Power Jyoti Account No. 3249565710 of IISWBM.

Offline mode: Application Form can be purchased by paying Rs 900/- in cash at IISWBM, Management House, Kolkata 700073. Application Form and Brochure are also available from the reception counter of IISWBM on cash payment.

Submission of Application form: Candidates must courier the copy of the completed Application Form, copy of the Payment slip, and copies of all applicable documents to – IISWBM, Management House, College Square West Kolkata - 700 073.

Application Fee: Rs.900/-

Mode of Payment: through Debit/Credit card, internet banking, or cash payment by generating bank challan

Selection Procedure for IISWBM, Kolkata:

Candidates will be selected through written test and personal interview.

Candidates who have cleared NET/SET or equivalent national level examination will be exempted from the entrance test.

Candidates holding graduation (UGC approved) with minimum of 45% marks aggregate are eligible to apply.

Send the completed DL form with column 12 duly entered by the State Bank of India along with the IISWBM’s copy of Power Jyoti A/c. No. 32495656710 challan to the institute, so as to reach the institute by: 31st May, 2013 at the latest.
