·          All professional graduates of State Agricultural Universities/Deemed Universities under ICAR system with a minimum OGPA of 7.0/10.0 (6.5 for SC/ST candidates)
·          All graduates, including professional graduates from Indian/Foreign Universities under regular stream recognised by ICAR/AICTE/UGC with minimum 60% marks from SSLC onwards under traditional system (55% marks for SC/ST candidates).
·          Should have qualified KMAT/CMAT/CAT entrance exams conducted during the year November 2021 onwards to May 2021

Application forms and prospectus are available in the website www.admissions.kau.in. Candidates should submit the online application and take a printout of the application and forward the same with all copies of the documents mentioned in the prospectus to the Registrar, Kerala Agricultural University, KAU PO, Vellanikkara, Thrissur - 680656 on or before the last date. Details of qualification, mode of selection, conduct of the course etc. are available in the prospectus given in the web site.

Application Fee:

·          For General Candidates : Rs.750/- (Seven hundred and fifty only)

·          For SC/ST candidates belonging to the State of Kerala is Rs.375/- : (Rs. Three hundred and seventy five only)

·          SC/ST candidates with nativity other than Kerala have to pay Rs.750/- as application fee.

Mode of payment:

The application fee can be paid through online by using the internet facility “SB Collect” of State Bank of India for which a link will be provided in the application portal. Application fee can also be directly remitted in any of the branches of State Bank of India by the chalan generated through “SB Collect” and an online payment receipt will be issued by the bank. The application fee shall also be paid by way of demand draft drawn in favour of the Comptroller, KAU, Vellanikkara payable at SBI, KAU Campus Branch, Vellanikkara. Any other mode of payment will not be accepted.

Candidates who have passed Plus Two or recognized equivalent examinations with 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry & Biology put together are eligible. SC/ST candidates need only a pass in the qualifying examination.

Students having passed 10+2 level examination of various boards in India, as well as CBSE or equivalent to 10+2 level examinations with science subjects will be eligible for applying for admission to this course

The student should have secured minimum 60% marks for general category and 50% marks for SC/ST candidates or equivalent grades

Admission will be based on the performance in an entrance examination conducted by the Kerala Agricultural University

Climate Change Adaptation

Minimum eligibility is a pass in Plus Two (with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics) examination or equivalent with 60% marks in aggregate for general category and 50% marks for SC/ST

Reservation: Reservation of seats shall be governed by the rules of the Kerala State Govt
