1              Please read the MBA Admission 2022 information brochure before Registration. Download it for ready reference.

2              Application fees should be paid through State Bank I-Collect before the deadline. You will have to submit the Challan number in the application form. Processing fee will be as per the following:

OC/OBC-NCL/GEN-EWS: Rs.1550     SC/ST: Rs.1050

3              If any information given in the application is found incorrect, the application will be rejected.

4              Only Finally Submitted applications are considered and candidates are instructed to keep the softcopy (PDF) of their finally submitted application

Application fees:

·          For General/OBC-NCL/EWS Category: Rs 1550/.

·          For SC/ST Category: Rs 1050/.

The fee payment should be made through State Bank collect mode only.

Steps to apply:

·          Check the eligibility and year of CAT appearance.

·          Complete the application fees payment in State Bank Collect.

·          Have the scanned soft copy of the following documents in PDF to upload in the admission portal:

Aadhaar, CAT 2021 Score Card, 10th and 12th Marks Sheet, UG mark sheet or consolidated mark sheet/grade sheet, Degree or provisional certificate (if available), Transfer certificate (if available), Category certificate (for OBC-NCL/EWS/SC/ST), Professional work experience certificate (if applicable).

·          Passport size photo image, a signature image of the applicant, Fee receipt.

·          An applicant who awaits the final exam result has to submit the latest and all previous semester mark-sheets as a single PDF.

·          Category certificate OBC-NCL or EWS must be obtained on or after 1st April 2021.

·          For OBC-NCL, EWS, PWD, an affidavit can be uploaded in case the applicant has applied for the certificate and is yet to receive the same.

10+2 Science Stream with PCM and Entrance Test JEE Advance

Scores of JEE (Main) - 2013 will be declared by 7 May, 2013. Top 1,50,000 candidates qualified in Paper - I (including all the categories) are eligible to register for JEE (Advanced) - 2013. To write JEE (Advanced) -2013 all eligible candidates should register through online at [http://jeeadv.iitd.ac.in/] during 8 May to 13 May, 2013. After online registration, candidates must pay the examination fee as applicable through challan (generated during registration process) of all SBI branches having core banking solution (CBS) on or before 13 May, 2013. The examination fee for GE and OBC(NCL) male candidates is Rs.1800/-. The fee for SC, ST, PD male candidates is Rs. 900/-. There is no fee for female candidates of all categories. Registration is complete only after the payment.

Important: The applicants must note that application for JEE (Advanced) - 2013 cannot be withdrawn after registration and payment of fee. Claims for refund of registration fee will not be entertained under any circumstances. While registering for JEE (Advanced) - 2013, candidate need to provide following information.

Master’s degree in Sciences / Humanities / Social Sciences in the relevant discipline with a minimum 60% marks (CGPA 6.5/10) and a valid GATE / UGC / CSIR / NBHM / NET score for OC / OBC category and 55% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA of 6.0 is the eligibility requirement for SC/ST candidates and a valid GATE / UGC / CSIR / NBHM / NET.

If sufficient number of candidates with valid GATE / UGC / CSIR / NBHM / NET score are not available for Humanities and science departments, non GATE / UGC / CSIR / NBHM / NET candidates will also be considered for admission on non stipendiary basis.

Norms for Part-Time (Sponsored)

(i)      Candidates from organizations which have MOU with the Institute or Candidates from organizations with R & D Labs of National repute and public sector undertakings such as DRDO, ISRO, IGCAR, BHEL, BEL etc. Such candidates should have a co-guide from their parent organization. Co-guide should have Ph.D. qualification or should have equivalent research contribution with PG qualification.

(ii)    For admissions to Humanities Department – duly sponsored regular faculty having two years experience and working presently in government and government aided arts, science and engineering colleges within 50 km from the Institute.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE: Half Time Research Assistantship (HTRA) are available to those who are admitted to PhD programmes in different departments subject to the maximum number available as stipulated by Ministry of Human Resources Development. The award and renewal of this assistantship / scholarship is as per the guidelines issued by MHRD from time to time. Those who are receiving the assistantship are required to assist the department in academic work to a minimum of 8 hours per week. As per rules in force, those who are interested in getting the assistantship / scholarship, has to give an undertaking on stamped paper to the effect that they will not discontinue the course before completion. Those who discontinue the Ph.D. programme are required to refund the entire scholarship amount drawn by them. The assistantship / scholarship will not be available to sponsored candidates or any student getting any other financial support from any agency including state and central governments.
