(1) MBBS Degree form an Institution recognized by the Medical Council of India (2) Completion of Internship (3) Permanent Registration with the State Medical Council/Medical Council of India. (4) Minimum one year experience in Industry/Occupational health work or 2 years in general practice after completion of internship. Reservation: As per Govt. rules

This certificate fulfils requirements for qualified Factory Medical Officer for industries, as required under the Factories (Amendment) Act, 1987.
