Bheemanna Khandre and with belssings of Poojya Dr Ma Gha Cha Channabasava Pattadevaru, The tireless efforts of former Transport Minister and former President Shri, Bheemanna Khandre has brought glory to our institute. Rural Engineering College, Bhalki, since its establishment in 1982, has been in the forefront of technical education in North Karnataka. In the two decades of its existence it has earned a good reputation.     3.      Graduates from any University recognized by VTU Belgaum having studied Mathematics/ Statistics/ Computer Science / Computer Programming/ Computer Application as one of the subject either at 10+2  level or at Degree level with fifty (50%) percent of Marks for MCA.

    4.      Should have passed the prescribed qualifying examination with not less than 50% of the Marks in aggregate in the Qualifying examinations. In case of SC/ST candidate, it shall not be less than 45%.

     

     

      


    How to apply:

    Application form along with Prospectus can be obtained from the college Office on payment of Rs. 500/ per form on any working day. The application forms can also be obtained by post by remitting an amount of Rs. 550/- by demand draft in favour of “Principal, Rural Engineering College, and Bhalki”. Incomplete forms shall be rejected. The college fees and other amounts paid by the candidates is admitted. Parents should note that admission once taken is final. The decision of the Management Selection Committee as far as the selection of the candidates is concerned shall be final and binding on him/her.  The provisional admission will be subject to approval of VTU and Director of Technical Education, Bangalore.

    FEE CONCESSION / SCHOLARSHIP: -

    1.      Any student securing 85% and above marks in PCM or in aggregate will be given Rs. 20,000/- for fee concession / Scholarship every year.

    2.      Any student securing 80% and above but less than 85% marks in PCM or in aggregate will be given Rs. 15,000/- fee concession / Scholarship every year.

    3.      Any student securing 75% and above but less than 80% marks in PCM or in aggregate will be given Rs. 10,000/- fee concession / Scholarship every year.

     

    HOSTEL FEES:-

    1.      Hostel fees:

    F       For Normal 3 seated room Rs. 10,000/- seat rent per year + utility charge of Rs. 2,500/- per year.

    F       For Normal 2 seated room Rs. 12,500/- per year seat rent & utility charge of Rs. 2,500/- per year.

    F       For attached bath 3 seated room Rs. 15,000/- per year seat rent + utility charge of Rs. 2,500/- per year.

    F       Utility charge will be calculated on hostel basis and will be charged as per actual hostel bill for electricity, Generator and Water.

     

    2.      Hostel deposit: 5,000/- (Caution Money, Refundable after Completion of Degree)

    3.      Mess Charges: 12,000/- p.a. to be paid at the time of admission. (May change as per Circumstances)
