For Architecture course, the applicant should have passed Karnataka 2nd PUC / 12th Std. or equivalent exam with MATHEMATICS as a compulsory optional subject or 10+3 (any stream) recognized by Central/Stare Govt. and obtained at least 50% of marks in aggregate in all the subjects in the qualifying examination and should compulsorily appear for NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture) and score a minimum of 40% in NATA for all categories of candidates. In case of candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes, the minimum marks for the purpose of eligibility will be 45% of the aggregate marks in all subjects in the qualifying examination.
Students should download and print the "Pseudo Application Form for NATA" from the "Documents Section" on this website (www.nata.in). They should fill this form and take it to the NATA test center Department of Architecture, S.I.T., Tumkur, for Online Registration.
Information about NATA
The National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA Test) measures aptitude of applicant for specific field of study, i.e. Architecture. The test measures aesthetic sensitivity & critical thinking. Test Score is provided 4 days after conducting of the test.
