Sri Guru Gobind Singh College of Commerce, founded in 1984, as the commerce college in the University of Delhi, has emerged as a unique institution progressing towards unprecedented heights. The college provides a blend of resources and environment for all round personality development of its students. Its goals are in consonance with the fact that national economic and commercial relations are becoming so closely interdependent that meaningful vital changes are being introduced with academic curriculum in the centers of higher learning. The college possesses modern infrastructure including spacious class-rooms, sprawling grounds, a well-equipped library, highly sophisticated computer labs, seminar hall and conference room. These courses are open to graduates of all disciplines with at least 50% marks in aggregate in Bachelor’s Degree.

Eligibility conditions for the foreign students will be the same as for the general category students.

· Applicants are responsible for regularly checking the College website for any updates and grievances resulting from lack of reading / consulting this bulletin will not be entertained.
· For each Programme a separate Application Form needs to be submitted. Application fees for a single course is Rs. 1400. When applying for the second course, an additional fee of Rs. 400 would be charged.
· The fee needs to be paid online through Debit/ Credit Cards, Net Banking or UPI mode to the following account:

For admission to BCom (Hons.) course, preference will be given to those students who had Mathematics and Economics in addition to Commerce in their Senior School Certificate Examination
Special Note: Appearance of the name of the candidate in the Merit List alone is not enough for finalisation of the admission the admission is assured only when the eligibility criteria are fulfilled and both the Convenor of Admissions and the Principal of the College approve.
General: Marks obtained in Arts, Needle Work and Dress Making, Cookery, Physical Education, Health Science, Music, etc. at the qualifying examination would not be considered.
Admission Procedure:
F Application for admission is to be submitted on the prescribed form. A student who wishes to be considered for admission for more than one course should submit a separate application for each course.
F An application form must be accompanied with attested Photostat copies of the detailed mark sheet of the last examination passed.
F On the basis of the marks of all candidates who have applied with the College in concerned course, a minimum cut-off percentage for admission in that course is declared. The cut-off percentage for admission in different courses in the College is displayed on the College Notice Board. No individual intimation is given to any candidate.
F The candidates who are eligible for admission on the basis of cut-off percentage must contact the College Admission Committee in person for completing admission formalities and deposit of fee within notified dates. Candidates selected for admission are required to deposit their fees between
F In case any candidate fails to confirm his/her admission by completing admission formality and depositing the required fees within prescribed date(s) and time his/her name for admission stands cancelled.
