Physiology:

Note: A relaxation of 5% marks, from 55% to 50%, or an equivalent relaxation of grade, may be allowed for the candidates belonging SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer)/ differently-abled.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR ONLINE APPLICATION SUBMISSION:

(a) Photograph: Recent high contrast colored passport size photograph (3.5 x 4.5 cm) with white background (taken after 01/Jan/2017) indicating clearly name of the candidate along with the date of taking the photograph. Spectacles are allowed, if being used regularly (cap and goggles are not allowed). Polaroid & computer generated photos are not acceptable. Application not complying with these instructions or without clear photograph is liable to be rejected. Scanned images should be in JPG/JPEG format only, of size between 100 to 200kb for photograph (for uploading as part of submission of online application).
(a) Signature: It should be clear and in running handwriting, preferably with a black sketch pen. Writing full name in capital letters, will not be accepted as signature and application form would be liable for rejection. Scanned images should be in JPG/JPEG format only, of size between 50 to 100kb for signature (for uploading as part of submission of online application).
· Please note down your Registration Number, (which would be generated online) for any future communications.
· An applicant may choose to save the application and continue later by using the link Save and Continue Later given at the bottom of the Application form. The Applicant has to specify his/her email id, where the form’s link will be sent and the applicant later on by clicking on the link may continue to complete the earlier saved form. The link will remain active till the last date of online application submission.

SRHU PMEE 2017 Eligibility Requirements
Age: Only those candidates, who have completed age of 17 years at the time of admission or will complete the age on or before 31st December of the year of their admission to the first year of MBBS course are eligible to apply
The upper age limit shall be 25 yrs as on 31st December of the year of entrance exam
Minimum Qualification
For Passed Candidates: The candidates must have passed the 10+2, i.e. ISC, Intermediate Examination, or its equivalent, after a period of 12-years of study in first attempt from a recognized board (CBSE, ISC, State Board etc), the last two years of such study, comprising of Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology (which shall include practical test in these subjects) and any other elective subject with English at a level not less than the core course for English as prescribed by the National Council of Educational Research and Training after introduction of the 10+2+3 educational structure as recommended by the National Committee on Education
The candidate must have passed in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology and any other elective subject with English individually and must have obtained:
a) A minimum of exact 60% (for SC,ST,OBC candidates a minimum of exact 50%) marks in aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology, Biotechnology, taken together
b) A minimum of exact 50% (for SC,ST,OBC candidates a minimum of exact 40%) marks separately in Physics, Chemistry and Biology, Biotechnology in the qualifying exam
A candidate can apply for the Pre-Medical Entrance Exam (PMEE-2017) online by logging onto website Candidate must download the Information Brochure and read it carefully to understand eligibility criteria and other requirements for submission of application form; after submitting the Online Application form applicant will be redirected to SBI Collect Online Payment page
Candidate can obtain Information Brochure and Application Form Offline by depositing a Demand Draft or in cash a sum of Rs.2000,- + Transaction Charges as applicable OR in case of NRI,PIO Candidates US$ 75 + Transaction Charges as applicable
