  • About UP Institute of Design:

    U.P. Institute of Design, Noida has been established by Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, U.P., Lucknow at Sector-62, Noida campus of the University. It is India's first AICTE approved Design Institute offering Bachelor of Design (B.Des.) Programme and Master of Design (M.Des.) programmes. The Institute is also starting Master of Business Administration (MBA) program having thrust in Business Analytics from the academic session 2019-2020. The Bachelor of Design (B.Des.) Programme has an intake of 30 students and Master of Design (M.Des.) programme, an intake of 15 students for the academic session 2019-20. The Institute is offering Admissions for the B. Des. Programme for 2019-2020 batch shall be taken from the rank list of UCEED-2019 conducted by the IIT Bombay, Mumbai and also from UPSEE-2019 (Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination.).

    How to apply:

    Interested candidates are required to be physically present on Nov 29 & 30, 2021 at the Institute campus with all documents and Demand Draft as mentioned below:

    a.     Report at the institute campus on Nov 29, 2021 by 10 am for document verification with all relevant documents in original and one set of self attested photocopies. (Refer Annex. 1)

    b.     Appear for the Entrance test which will be conducted on Nov 30, 2021; report at 10 am. candidates are advised to come with basic stationary like -pen, pencil, eraser, colors etc.

    c.     Demand draft of Rs. 98,800/- for B.Dec in favour of "Finance Officer, AKTU" Payable at Lucknow.

    in case of final selection Candidate will be required to submit relevant documents and DD. Selected candidates will need to make arrangements to start attending classes from dec 1, 2021 onwards.
