BVA/BFA or equivalent degree in the concerned subject. Any candidate who has passed the qualifying degree examination with at least 45% of marks in aggregate (40% for SC/ST students) of Utkal University of Culture i.e., BPA/B. Mus/B.A.(Music)/BVA/BFA or equivalent graduation degree from any other recognized University/Institution.
PROCEDURE FOR ON-LINE APPLICATION & DOCUMENTS REQURIED
Application for admission to all programmes of the University shall be made in online mode only. Candidates are required to visit University website (Admissions-2018) for filling up of the application form. Required documents are to be uploaded and application fee of Rs. 300/- is to be paid through on-Line either through Debit/Credit Cards or Internet Banking. Candidates can also deposit application fee in form of cash at any branch of State Bank of India through Challans generated from the system.
Documents to be submitted along with Application Form
After filling up of the on-line application form, candidates are required to download the hard copy of the application form and submit the same along with the following documents to the University. The downloaded filled-in form along with the following documents can be submitted either by hand or through post addressed to CHAIRMAN, P.G COUNCIL UTKAL UNIVERSITY OF CULTURE, SANSKRUTI VIHAR, MADANPUR, BHUBANESWAR – 752054. The envelope containing the application from and other documents shall be super-scribed with “APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION, 2018-19” However, in no case application received after the stipulated date shall be accepted. The University shall not be responsible for any kind of postal delay.

1. Self attested copies of mark sheets and certificates of all the examinations passed i.e HSC or equivalent, Intermediate/+2,B.A/B.Mus./BPA/B.V.A/BFA and other qualifying/ examination. The marks sheet having grading system should be accompanied with conversion chart.
2. Self attested copies of the Conduct Certificate from the Head of the Institution last attended.
3. Attested copies of certificate (s) in support of claim, if any, for a seat against the reserved quota as specified in the application form.
4. Self attested of Registration Receipt (for Utkal University of Culture candidates).
5. Copy of the system generated receipt or deposited Challan indicating payment of Rs. 300/- towards application fee.
